Apex/Rithmic/Motiwave Setup on a MAC

Hi

Purchased a Rithmic account from Apex, after which downloaded parallels on the mac to run Rtrader pro and login and do the needful.
Then coming to motiwave I set up the new apex workspace did a test connection where it said connection successful but after wanting to login and applying my password I click connect it just doesnt go ahead.

Do i need ot log into Rtrader and keep it running in background before motiwave log in?

Update: So I was trying to run my Motivewave app on the Mac instead of the parallels window. Is there a way to run it on the mac window as parallels is pretty laggy

You don't need to run R Trader Pro - You certainly can go that route, but it is not necessary.

Since you have a Mac it would probably be easier to just login directly via MW (And run the Mac version of MW).

From the screenshot it looks like you entered everything correctly.

If this is your first account with Apex, you need to make sure that you signed the user agreements (From Rithmic). If you did not sign them yet, the data feed will not be activated.
