Can not get YM and MYM futures live data through Interactive brokers

Hi, I just started using motive wave again using community version.

however, I can't figure out when it doesn't show YM and MYM when connected to Interactive brokers.

It shows all other futures like ES and NQ and GC.

This is a chart for MYM Dec20




Here is a chart of MYMZ0 (NOTE IT is sept 25 today and the latest bar i can see is from sept 24)




However MNQ and MES futrues are fine:





Please let me know if there is a solution to this issue.

Hi,

Try deleting your MYM and YM symbols via the Configure > Instruments menu. Once you have done so, try searching for them again via the search functionality (click magnifying glass icon in upper left hand corner of chart) and select them from the search results list.

MY and MYM are traded through ECBOT.
ES and NQ are traded through GLOBEX.
GC is traded through NYMEX.

Check to be sure you have trading permissions for the proper exchange....
Also check your contract expiration date.
One other thing be sure to have "show extended hours"
