CANCEL MY LICENSE.

I can not connect to the platform anymore, it seems I need to cancel my license of motivewave I had previously so I can use the license from the prop firm.
I sent a lot of emails and all I got was an automatic reply telling me to come here.
So please CANCEL MY LICENSE.
Can anyone help me please??

This is just a user forum - You will need to contact the support or sales department via email for any license issues.


Just a quick question - Did you try and enter your new license number??

You could try that first.

Options > License (From the main screen)

they don't know, just tell them its cancelled
and put in the new one
