CFD's not Loading

Hi all,

New user here, so may very well be missing something obvious.

Problem: I can't load stock CFD'd

Log Entry: 11:13:37 WARNING error() reqId: 59060 code: 2127 msg: CFD historical data is not provided; please submit a historical data request on the underlying stock: CBA@ASX

Environment:

• M1 Mac
• MW 6.6.1
• Interactive Brokers
• ASX data subscription

Already tried:

• ASX Shares: Ok
• ASX CFD's: Fail
• NYSE CFD: Fail
• IBKR Index CFD's: Ok
• Reinstall MW
• New Workspace
• TWS stock CFD's: Ok
• IBKR API support have confirmed that the issue is not related to the TWS API
• MW 6.5.12

Solution provided by MW support:

Interactive Brokers does not provide historical backfill data for CFDs.
You will need to right-click the chart and select Edit Instrument, enable the Historical Data option and search for an instrument that can be used as a substitute. E.g. Use stock or futures underlying data.
