Code 1 : Message os error

Hello,

I bought a monthly license today, I have a message that appears when I try to connect. You will find attached the error message.

I tried everything, uninstall / reinstall, disable the firewall, change operating system (I went from windows 10 to windows 11), nothing works I still have this issue



Can someone help me please ?

Here is the reply of the team.

For me it's the non-ASCII characters "é" in my Windows username.

I created a new windows session with a name where there are no special characters in it, and it works
