Cumulative Delta Study/Indicator Question

Hello good forum members,

I am just getting started looking into some of the order flow and volume studies and was checking out the Cumulative Delta Study/Indicator. The default settings of the study seem to create a chart that doesn't seem right so I searched the forums and was reading https://support.motivewave.com/foru...est-cumulative-delta-histogram.289/#post-2691 There it looks more like what I am expecting. When I pull up a cumulative delta study on a stock its just a downward sloping line. I've created an example to show you what i mean MW cumulative delta vs trading view cumulative delta. What am i missing here?

This turned out to be a data problem. All is well now.

Hi @mattmar10, I'm new as well and having the same issue. What was the nature of your "data problem" and how did you resolve it?

I'm using realtime Level 1 NYSE and NASDAQ data from IQFeed. Thinking I have something configured incorrectly, but not sure what, exactly.

I'm not entirely sure what the problem was... just that when i switched to a different data feed it resolved.
