Data history inaccurate

Per futures charts, current day data is displayed correctly but history is completely incorrect. Seems to affect selective commodities or contracts but not all. I have been using the platform for over a year and experienced this once before with no solution, simply had to move beyond the infected contract month. MW customer support is no help at all, even though they post the data.
 
In my understanding, MW is not a data provider in any sense. They just supply the program to display the data.

If there is a problem with the data, you need to take that up with your data provider.
 
That, I have learned to be true, MW simply displays data provided by a broker or other 3rd party.

After initially bumping me to this forum, Customer Support did help with guidance to change a data setting in the platform that essentially prevents a chart from rolling over at month-end. It is a patch and one that works, however I maintain charts on multiple contracts and only a couple are so affected; most function correctly with default settings. I have not discovered the pattern or logic for which charts need to be managed, other than when the data points go completely haywire.
