Editing Watchlists in V7

I have created a watchlist that did not initially contain any sections. I can add a section which gets created at the bottom of the watchlist but I cannot find a way to put the existing entries into a new section. I can move sections up and down but not up to the top of the watchlist. Do I need to recreate the watchlist and create a section prior to entering instruments or is there a way to create a new watchlist and add existing instruments to it?

Also, if I add a section to a watchlist that does not already have one, I cannot seem to add a new instrument to the part that is not in a section.
