Error loading historical Data

I am using a Barchart feed to MotiveWave today and am experiencing these msg

Guys Now are ok I found my problem is that the Exchange Agreement was not signed, so I did everything now ok

I am running into this error even though I did sign the exchange agreement

A wild guess, are all bar sizes allowed in the service you are paying for. For example on tradingview different bar sizes comes with different packages.
