Today is the term for CME currency futures roll-over and almost all of my charts in FX page are blank (except for Canadian $).
The page is basically useless: Error messages appear on any attempt to change parameters or even scroll on any chart. No auto roll-over despite that all the parameters are set, any manual attempt invokes error message "Error Rolling to Next Chart".
Datafeed clearly is working as seen on both DOM and T&S. The very same CQG datafeed is working in other trading software and contracts are rolled over there smoothly.
This is not a new issue: I have the same problem for EUREX contracts and some of GLOBEX contracts described in the following threads:

Something is badly wrong with this software - it's becoming dysfunctional for dozen days in a year near contracts roll-over dates. The data from the feed is not processed in MW and is not presented on charts.
It's really unacceptable if trading software is uncapable to process data. Support is death for months, though this is not an enhancement request, to me this is core malfunction.
