fib retracements frozen

can't move or even delete frozen fib retracement - clicking on ratio endpoint produces expanding box. This appears to be happening on only one desktop, but all charts on that desktop. I've closed out and restarted the program, with the same result. Help please

Any chance it is locked?? If you lock a drawing like that it cannot be removed, moved, etc.
