Flatten no longer cancels open orders?

I recently upgraded to 6.9.7. The Flatten button now only closes the open positions but does not cancel open orders. Previous to upgrade, the flatten button closed open positions AND canceled all open orders. This was especially useful on OCO bracket orders and exit strategies with multiple TPs. Now I have to cancel each TP manually.

Am I missing something?

This appears to be working fine for me with 6.9.10 placing discretionary trades from the Trade Panel exclusively.

However, trades placed via a strategy that has OCO TP/SL orders - hitting the "Flatten All" cancels open TP/SL orders but doesn't appear to close the initial open position even though the Trade Panel shows it as no longer open. Deactivating the strategy, I get a "Close open position: # @ NQH25 at market price?" (and my strategy only saw calls to onOrderCancelled() but never onPositionClosed()).
