IBKR option data not fully shown

Hi, there. I've subscribed to IBKR's option data. Sometimes the option panel won't show the prices for several strike prices. How do I get back the missing data?

Also the data loading is really slow. Every time I restarted the app, all the data seems to be downloaded again, and the chart takes a long time to load. But when using schwab, I don't see this problem.

Hi, the data loading time is normal with IBKR and it should stabilize in a minute or less on a decent connection. Improving your network connection speed should eradicate this issue. I know this issue and was able to resolve it successfully. If running Windows 10 or later, there are many network interface cards available that will dramatically improve your internet speed for very low cost.
