Issue Loading Interactive Brokers Charts on MotiveWave 6.6.5 with Mac Studio M2 Max

Hello everyone,

I'm experiencing an issue with loading Interactive Brokers charts on MotiveWave version 6.6.5. Here are the details of my setup:

• System: Mac Studio (2023)
• Chip: Apple M2 Max
• Memory: 64 GB
• Startup Disk: Macintosh HD
• Serial Number: N2W7PM9YR2
• Operating System: macOS Sonoma 14.5

Despite multiple attempts, the charts do not load on MotiveWave. I have tried various troubleshooting steps, including restarting the application and system, but the issue persists.

Has anyone else experienced similar issues with this setup, or does anyone have suggestions on how to resolve this problem?

Try running the 6.6.5 version on a Windows OS system or laptop to eliminate the problem as a Mac issue.
