Hi,

The ruler is available from the tool dropdown in the top toolbar:



You can also use the fibonacci expansion tool available in the top toolbar (if your version has it) which will allow you to measure the first move, the retracement and then project the 100% target on the final move.

Yes I use the Fibonacci tools .
But my weak point is the measure the wave 2 ?.
