Mouse Buttons for Keyboard Shortcuts

Hi all. I have a lot of keyboard shortcuts set for just about everything.
I've kept my mouse pretty simple over the years but am wondering if I buy one with buttons can I set those to the Keyboard Shortcuts, such as toggling Show Studies on/off, or Buy Market, or Flatten All?
I believe the answer is probably yes, but I just wanna make sure.

Yup - I have a Logitech Mouse with programmable buttons and use MotiveWave with these buttons every day.

I use it for hide / unhide & lock / unlock but I am sure you could assign almost anything to it.
