MW 6.9.10

I’m running Apple Mac OS Mojave and have just updated to MW 6.9.10. It installs, but when I go to run the application the MW logo bounces in the dock but doesn’t start.

The only thing I can think of looking through the Release Notes is it is asking for Mac OS Big Sur?

MW 6.9.9 worked on Mac OS Mojave, has MW enforced Mac OS Big Sur in this latest release? Anyone else having the same problem?

Wheres is the download archive so we don't have to pay every year for the updates? I paid for updates and suipport and my questions in forums go unanswered so I don't want to pay since it wasn't worth it literally zero support they used to answer the phone call in previous years.

I must say I had a response via e-mail within 2 hours. So very impressed. But as you say a link to the download archive would save their support team a lot of questions.

These forums are pretty much for the users to help each other. If you need support (And are up to date) you can email them and you will get a response quickly.

This is a bad company now we are literally helping each other for free while employees are leaving our software inoperable I paid for software I can’t use all I need is a working website with an archive so I can download

Thanks, I did indeed do that and they sent me a link to downgrade to MW 6.9.9.
