Hello - having trouble with the Order Book (level 2) layout (NOT the DOM). Two problems:
1) I am getting strange additional numbers in the table.
2) Under preferences, adjusting Ask display options changes both the ask and bid sections, however adjusting the Bid display options does nothing (e.g. changing the Ask histogram color to red affects both ask and bid). This is the case for the font color, fill color, histogram and left/right alignment.
The MotiveWave user guide doesn't mention the Order Book at all.
Anyone else having these issues and know of a fix?
