Hello,
You could bring up the Trade Panel to set a limit order with whatever quantity/price you wanted. If you want to just use the chart you can right-click the price axis to create a trade, you can then double-click the trade on the chart to change price/quantity etc and then Submit the order.

How to "manually" close partial orders?
For example, I sold 5 contracts, when I have profit I want to close 3 contracts and let the remaining contract continue running.
