Hi all,

I trade stock using Interactive Brokers but what I see is that MW take all the pre-market data, which is fine cause I like to see those figures too, and creates a candle according to that data as well instead of creating gaps.
This also affect highs and low and so would also affect the count.

To explain better I'll give you the example of symbol LLY. On Friday December 20th it had a big jump up that on TradingView I see as a gap but on MW I don't. It actually made a lower low first and then jumped up. I'm looking and all the settings for data but don't seem to find what might fix this.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you

Nicholas

I have never looked at stocks on MotiveWave, so this is a total guess. Figured it was worth a shot on the off chance it does work.

Have you tried toggling this?? On futures it toggles "regular" trading hours / 24 hours.

Right click on an empty spot on the chart to bring up this menu and see if you have this option.

It would seem to make sense that would toggle pre-market data on/ off. I do not have a data feed w/stock connected otherwise I would try it. :)

That is exactly the one...worked perfectly. Thank you for the hint Donovan. Appreciated:)

Ahh - Glad to know it worked!!

Just an FYI - You should have an icon on the toolbar that will control this as well.
