Re MotiveWave synch drawings across timeframes

Hi

Been a MW user for about a year now and love the software. My broker EdgeClear has been helpful and their own software EdgeProX is based on MW so some overlap.
They aren't able to help me with this, it seems. Had some great help from Donovan2580 last year to get going. Thank you.
I use one screen (other one for other work) so need and want to use tabs. Blue tabs top row for instrument and grey tabs below for timeframes TPO and tick charts.
I'd like to get drawings to synch. I trade CME futures.
My setup below so far. It works well, except I want drawings to synch across charts.


One blue tab for each instrument. Gray tabs underneath for timeframes works nicely.
Templates are working nicely, editable, saveable, reusable.
Data is all preloaded if I open them before trading. Going between tabs works perfectly most of the time, unless scroll out too far etc.
DOM on right side of screen (not shown) also works well.
Drawings do not synch between charts. Tried linking charts and colour codes but not successful so far.

Question
I'm thinking it's because of the way I perhaps don't consciously use analyses properly? Never really understood that concept. The MW YT channel seem to be made for complexity rather than usability by traders.
Do I need the same analysis for the charts where I want synched drawings?

Yes, you need to open the charts with the same analysis to sync everything together. I have EdgeClear as well, but instead of using EdgeProX, I just decided to buy MV outright instead of having a montly payment in the long run it will save money.

You can achieve a lot by getting creative with the visibility option, but everything needs to be saved as an analysis first.

For example: If you want a Volume Profile shown on a 15 minute chart and nothing else, use the visibility function to achieve that.

There are however a lot of things that cannot be done & that is being addressed in MW7. With MW7 you can save "Drawings" and apply them to multiple charts, kind of the same way you can apply studies using templates.

I know that MW7 is not going to help you right now, but I would imagine once it is out of "Beta" stage, Edgeclear will make that available. I having been messing around with it a few times a week & the developers are really coming along with the bug fixes, improvements, etc. I cannot imagine it will be a whole lot longer until that is a pretty stable version.
