Schwab Data Error on ETF tickers

Hi,

For some reason I am getting a data error when trying to use Volume Profiles on ETF tickers. I get the error on SPY, QQQ, GLD, TLT but not on individual stock tickers. Is there a data limit for ETF or is the data somehow different for these instruments? Any help is appreciated. Please see error below:

Apparently this was a bug in 6.9.7. It has been addressed in 6.9.8. Thanks support team!
