"Study Editor" Doesn't Show

Hi,

I am trying to add "Study Editor": Configure -> Preferences -> Tool Bar -> Top

The "Study Editor" doesn't show on the Top Tool Bar, instead, it simply creates a gap between
the previous item and next time, I attached a screen shot.

Wonder what I did wrong.

I would need to see the actual toolbar settings to see if you have a spacer or separator put in...

If you had a bunch of these added, it would certainly push things to the right

Hi Donovan,

Thanks so much for your reply, I attached a screen record.

It seems that the Study Editor behaves like a spacer, I deliberately put
Study Editor between "Trade Panel" and "Preferences", you can see
the "Preferences" button has been pushed to the far right.

It def looks like a bug ? I would send a link to this discussion to support and bring it to their attention.

Hi Donovan,

I emailed support team, it turned out to be a big misunderstanding on my part, I thought Study Editor means where I start to write my own study, but it really means to change parameters of studies loaded on the chart, if I check "Show In Tool Bar" under "Tool Bar" tab of Study Edit window.

It seems that writing my own study is really a big deal, I will have to spend months to figure out how to start Java JDK.

Anyway, thanks again for your help !
