TIME AND SALES, not real time data.

I use a MacOS for Motive Wave in conjunction with Charles Schwab. Lately I've been experiencing only end of day time and sales, not real time data. It use to work up until now. I use Safari, but have tried Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Duck Duck Go and Firefox to no avail, guessing that it may be a search engine issue. Has anybody experienced this or have any remedies?
