TPOs not forming on Version 7 Any Help?

I spend hours making my templates and when the markets opened the TPOs are simply not working, any solution to this problem

ok so the TPOs do form however the letters overlap and in order to see them i need a really high bar width

The Letters just overlap and Ive tried increasing cell width but nothing improves the problem
