Trouble with symbols/accurate price chart

I am having trouble getting an accurate price scale on some symbols. For instance, when I enter EEM I get a price scale in the $3 range instead of $50. Or when I entered PLUG I got a price scale in the mid $400's instead of mid $30's. In both cases the charts appear to be of thinly traded instruments as there gaps. This does not happen often, but often enough to make me think I am doing something wrong. I am a newbie to MW. Thanks.

You can try to do the following: Edit Instrument -> Advanced tab and adjust the values to your preferences.
