Volume Imprint Chart Goes Dark

Hi

My volume imprint chart sometimes goes dark completely (as shown in the attached and how it normally looks). Also, I have noticed a lot of errors on OutPut log. I have Rithmic data feed from AMP (live). My setup is Mac Studio Ultra M2 with 24 Cores 60 Core GPU and 128GB Ram.

Any similar cases?

Yes don't worry me too. And it only happened because of the very last update i wish we could rollback but you can only go to 6.0 unless they provide a link for 7.0 alts.

Yeah I can confirm this, footprints chart going completely blank happened to me yesterday on version 7.0.7.

It is annoying, close to unusable. At least what works for me to make it reappear without a restart is hitting "Alt+V" and flipping some of the indicators visibility on and off (e.g vwap). This repaints the screen. Still, it went blank on me while in a trade, and this was not a good experience.

I have found the guilty study with trial and error. It is VWAP!!! I dont know how but after some time, VWAP part which is out of screen (invisible area) loses its data. Then we started to get NotFound exceptions, which causes chart goes to black. I have disabled VWAP, it is all fine now

It happened to me as well twice, but I'm not sure what is causing it or how to reproduce it. I thought that Ichimoku was to blame, because it started happening after I added it. Never suspected that VWAP could be the culprit. Perhaps it's not related to any particular study?

In my case it happened only after I dragged the chart with mouse by a little bit, both times. Thankfully I was flat. I can imagine how unpleasant it would be in the middle of a trade. Not fun.

If anyone is unaware, this has been fixed in v7.0.8 on 11/25, and should be pushed automatically at some point depending on your auto-update settings.
