Volume Imprint messed up

Hello All, Newbie here and trying to set up a Volume Imprint chart. I have followed the directions from the user guide and youtube videos and my chart for Volume Imprint seems to print the details only in the last candle for the day overlapping all candles. Has anyone experienced this before. Can't figure out how to fix this. The 5 min Candle stick chart underneath this Volume Imprint shows up fine if I remove the Volume Imprint Study. Any help is appreciated !!

Thanks . I imported the template and it loos fine now. I compared and do not see any changes from what I had done. However I'll continue to explore more. Appreciate the help. I see some data with 0 bids and repeated offers. Looks like InteractiveBrokers data is messed up and not a good candidate for Footprints.

I have no experience with IB, but you will need tick data for the Footprint to display accurate.

I ended up purchasing dxFeed on top of IB feed for Motivewave.

You need to tinker with your chart settings. Double click on the chart and change this parameter to 60 or higher to be able to see a volume imprint study. Also you need to hide your candles by choosing no bars in the chart type (otherwise it makes seeing the imprint difficult).

Thanks for sharing the template. I'm also new to MW and have a question about your template. What is the significance of the indicated level in red off to the right of the footprint bar?

Its not a template that I use, I just threw it together for the purpose of this thread. But if I remember right its the POC (Point of control) for that bar.

HOW IS IB TWS WITH MOTIVEWAVE. IS IT STABLE. DOES IT WORK WELL. IS THE CONNECTION STABLE. DOES ORDER EXECUTIONS FILL QUICKLY? ANYTHING I SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS SETUP?
