If you update the software and you're using cross trading ie ES chart and have MES checked for cross trading on the DOM, you have to uncheck and recheck it to activate it.
I learned the hard way when placing an auto trading strategy that had MES checked and the trade went to ES. Lost a significant amount in seconds before the auto stops activated. Cost was nearly a year of subscription fee value.
