Where's the Data

Perhaps a silly question but I have not come across this before, I only have around 4 days of usable data.
I have CQG data, this is the FDAX please see attached TPO profile (1day) pic, probably easier than trying to explain with text.
Any help appreciated

It seems to me there is no historical data backfill from the previous contract. Switch to the previous contract to confirm that idea. Contact the MW support to verify whether their server provides the backfill for FDAX instrument. If not, sign up for a data provider service like IQFEED and similar (a list on the MW website).
