ADWARE on desktop when starting Motivewave

If I unhide files, it appear as soon as I click continue to enter password. Seems to be an adware install on my computer. I cannot find much about it. But it only appear when I start Motivewave.

usr.app_ncr.dat

Anyone having this issue.

Hard to tell what I'm looking at.. So is the black area your desktop? And that usr.app_ncr.dat file shows up as an icon on the desktop? Or does it appear like it's part of the motivewave window... so if you minimized motivewave it would also minimize usr.app_ncr.dat and disappear? My guess would be that it's not adware but some configuration file that's opened and written to when motivewave is launched.
