Hi,

Months after i wanted to give MW one more try. I wanted to use Range bar in 200 but it never appeared. Everything works slow and still no futures support. Looks like MW is not good for Cryptocurrency traders.

The platform is data provider depended. Bitcoin and Etherium futures are available from the CME and there is no lack of speed.

cheers.

Ok. Does the Binance API support futures? If the answer is yes then send an email to MW support they will validate it, know from personal experience.

Yes of course it supports. I have sent an email to them the first day they have added the Binance support. Also Binance is REALLY slow.

The API is all fine. I'm a coder and working on Binance API.

My rational thinking is: if the platform is fast dealing with data stream from one source and slow dealing with another then the issue is the data source. Either way contact the MW team with your stress test data they may shed some light on the issue.

Hi,

We do not currently support Binance futures but it is on our list for future consideration. The current Binance API does have request limits so we would have to check your log files to see if the response from Binance is being delayed due to too many request limits. If have not already done so, please contact support and send along a copy of your five latest log files.
