Cannot login to Rithmic paper trading

I installed MW Mobile Community Edition. Created an account. Signed up for Rithmic 14 day trial (completed the agreement docs and received confirmation). Signed into the MW app but cannot get past the login screen. I get an error code 13. Anyone have advice?

Were you able to find a solution? I am running into the same issue.

yes I figured it out. I had a previous expired rithmic free trial under a different email. can't have another free trial. only one per person.

Thanks for your response! That's good to know. As for my own issue, I signed the 2 agreements on this page and I was able to log in.
