When I search for tickers on TD Ameritrade, I can't find SPY. I have QQQ no problem, but it can't find SPY. Is there a special ticker for it? Surely others have this in their watch lists. Thanks!
I'm sure you found this by now, but for other people who are looking, you go to 'search for instrument,' and then choose 'thinkorswim' and search for "SPDR." (Standard & Poor's depository receipt)
