Charting and copy trading

Hi All,

I'm new to Motivewave and struggling a little wondering if someone can help me

I'm all logged in to Motivewave app for Mac, I can see my accounts but i dont have any candles on my MNQ chart i keep getting an error message (Attached)

I also want to trade my 5 accounts at the same time when i place a trade.

Who is your data provider?
What is the exact symbol you have entered?
What time frame of candles are you trying to load?
