I am currently experiencing an issue with my MotiveWave platform regarding data feed connections.
I have been successfully connected to Charles Schwab for several months without any problems. However, since yesterday (Thursday), the platform is no longer able to retrieve data. I have also attempted to connect using alternative providers such as Yahoo and Google, but none of them are working either.
At this point, it seems that the issue may not be related to a specific provider, but rather to the platform itself or its configuration.
Could you please assist me in identifying the cause of this issue and guide me through the necessary steps to restore the data connection?
