Data not continuously updating

Hello, I can't seem to receive "continuous" real-time data for one specific ticker: ENQM2. (recently however, it appears I'm having a similar problem with a couple other tickers.) I have to keep right clicking on the chart and select "Clear Local Data" for the chart to update. And when it updates, I still don't see the price moving up and down in real time. So if I'm counting waves, I have to keep hitting "Clear Local Data" throughout the day to get an updated chart. I do NOT have this problem on other futures tickers like the ES mini, Gold or Crude tickers. Just with the e-mini Nasdaq futures.

I am receiving my data feed from Tradovate and it has always worked well, and I haven't had this problem in the past- only recently.

Any ideas where to start?

I'm using a slightly older version, V6.2.4 But again, never had the problem before.

Do you mean NQM2? Are you using IBKR for data?

I'm using Tradovate for data. But yeah, it's the same ticker, just goes by a different ticker depending on data. And I've since fixed the issue. Had to start a new workspace and it all cleared up. Bit of a pain, but it worked.
