Missing Data of Chart

I still have the same issues .
1 - last date showing on Motivewave 12 Dec 2024.
2 - When I click the right mouse and press Clear Local Data the chart goes missing. Please find attached a copy of the screenshot from issues I have faced . I forwarded to solve that issue but I have completed more than a month without support.

A screenshot would help us troubleshoot... Also the symbol(s) you are trying to load as well as the data provider.

in the fast picture last date for data shwoing 12 Dec 2024 taking into account did linked with tikerchart data directly .
in the second picture chart for Gold is missed .
in the third picture when i click right mouse and prees clear data chart disappeare all market.
please help becuase i did connected with Brian at customer support more than 40 times .

Okay who is the data provider you are using??

I am assuming they are on the list below?

Keep in mind that MotiveWave at the core level is just a platform to graphically display data. If it does not have the correct data, it cannot display it.

from Tickerchart App I imported data then i go Motivewave and press File then Chart then import data please find the screenshot .
but still chart showing 12Dec2024 the last day, more than a month missing and this happend all chart .
i hope to make your support because the support team not reply on my Emails

Ahh okay - I see. So you are importing data rather than having a live feed.

I am not the right person to help you out with this issue. I have read several posts throughout this forum in which I have seen other users having problems with data importing correctly.

Hopefully someone else here with more knowledge / experience with importing data can chime in and be of assistance.

End of Day Data, new data does not automatically update on chart

I use End of day data in ASCII Metastock format, but TIME and Date stamp does not recognise file update with new (day) data, so each time, I have to re-import entire folder containing multiple securities which is laborious and time consuming. Am I missing something, suggest or fix it in new...

I believe no body can help specially the customer support is very bad , i remorseful to purchase Motivewave .
