Dom panel not showing

After using the s/ware for over a year all of a sudden the DOM panael and Time and Sales panel are now showing. In Menu / View / Display they are greyed out there too. Any ideas why?

they rolled me back from order flow to community! I have the purchased edition of orderflow! I think this was after i upgraded for a month to Pro, then cancelled the monthly sub on that... it should have rolled back to order flo as per my purchase... but it went back to the free edition! Ive sent an email in to them, hopefully they will sort it quickly.
