If I understand your question correctly, the answer would be 'no'.
MW is great for drawing the Waves, and quickly inspecting the Fib ratios (and much more EW-related functionality too!)

But no, you can not program it to open/close/adjust trades autonomously (which is what a Strategy would do, right ?)

There is an EW strategy afaik. It allows you to place trades on certain waves. Not used it myself.
