Can someone please help out with this error code? I'm currently using Ubuntu:

I had the same issue recently, turns out to be some blocking factor of the internet connection you are using. I was abroad using a Wifi that I don't usually use and the problem was solved by using my phone hotspot

I am simply trying to open MotiveWave, but, every time I try to open it I get this message.

Thanks, I will see if it's my internet connection. It was however working the day before without any issues and I'm not currently travelling. So not sure, but will do some additional testing on the network side as well, thanks.

What day of the week were you trying? I often get this very early morning on the weekend, when I believe the data provider is doing updates.
