What is this? Never had this issue before and don’t know why I’m getting this now.

Looks like your lease (from Topstep?) expired. Go to Menu -->Help --> About ... There you can find the lease expiration date and your Motivewave Edition. Guess you are on the free community edition now.
 
Menu-Help-About in MotiveWave or where? I can’t even find this. need I’ve been charged for my monthly subscription like normal so not sure what has happened now

Yes I am in the free community edition apparently, how can I fix this?

Check your license in "Help --> Update License", In that menu, there is also a support mail mentioned. Contact them.

The support is useless, they won’t help me because I’m on the community edition but I’ve been paying my $24 per month for well over a year now, so why I can not trade all the sudden I don’t know. But I’ve tried everything and can’t not seem to fix the error.

I’ve updated the license key, updated the latest version of MotiveWave, paid my monthly fee and can not trade or get real support from a MotiveWave team member.

I know that standard reply :) Yeah, poor support. Use that sales mail address and provide them with further information, so they can handle your license issue. No one here in the community will be able to solve that issue you have.
