Hello
i'm having trouble visualizing correct graph for ESM2 as it looks it doesn't upload data of march 15-16th. I tried clearing cache data but nothing. Any suggestion? I'm using interactive brokers

Same problem, I also tried clearing cache data but nothing.
The first 2 screenshots to show the data problem (or data loss) with a volume profile on 1min candles and with an OFA footprint on the day of March 18.
But as "Massidemarco" says, I have observed this problem since the ESM2 rollover on the days of March 15-16-17 too.
The third screenshot, data loss at the beginning of March.
I want to specify that I use the data feed Rithmic.

I have the same problem and I have been told it is a problem with Rithmic (And they are aware of it)

Not exactly a solution, but at least you know it is not just you. :)
 
CQG user here. Almost every roll, I have wonky data, which can at times mean missing.

Not sure where to point the finger, as I've just learned to take the time off.

Clears up 100% of the time after expiry.

Good to know Scotty - I was almost contemplating going back to CQG - But you answered that for me, and saved me a bunch of B.S. :)
 
Today on ESM2, I remain really perplexed concerning a problem of data feed Rithmic then how to explain that Motivewave displays time candlesticks and not candlesticks in reversal bar

I am having to "Clear local data" several times a day, about every 3rd or 4th reload I will get a good set of data that lasts until the next day and I have to start the process all over again :rolleyes:

BTW - ESM2, NQM2 & RTYM2 (Rithmic) is what I am having problems with.

@Donovan2580 I haven't noticed any missing data issues with CQG: EPM22 (ES), ENQM22, and YMM22.

I'm only looking at volume and bar data for 1d, 1h, 15min, 5min, and 1min.

It is not a Rithmic data feed issue as I tested this same Rithmic data feed with Ninjatrader 8 and I have no data loss. So the problem comes from Motivewave which misinterprets the Rithmic data feed because I have data loss every day.

My gut tells me you're right that it's something with MW, as I also haven't had the same issues with NT8 and CQG. But then again, my data issues always seemed to resolve after Expiry.
 
Was this issue ever resolved? I'm the same problem today

It actually was resolved in one of the latest updates & it had been working perfectly.

Rithmic has had several problems / outages this week with one of them being this morning (Sept 2) - I got an email from my broker so I know it was not just me.

Hate to say it, but Rithmic has really turned to :poop: lately. It has been totally unacceptable this entire week.
