everything gets stuck loading

I just purchased the order flow version. Nothing is working. Everything gets stuck loading. My Pc is perfectly capable. Any Suggestions?

Who do you have for your data feed?

When you say "stuck" - what exactly do you mean?? Does it say loading on the watermark in the background?

Does it get stuck on everything, or can you load something simple like a 30 minute chart?

The chart loads. When I try add studies it just has the loading watermark and doesn’t go further

It will load a 30 minute chart?
