Exit Strategy not working

I would like to use exit strategy with motivewave to automate my exits

But for some reason, the orders don't get triggered when a stop or target price gets hit.

I'm testing out this platform & feature and might not be able to continue using this platform without this basic feature.

Please check screenshots where the order isn't getting filled after hitting the target/stops in different occasions.

This appears to be related to the order status which shows up as "T" and "D" for these orders using strategy. Can someone help with this issue?

I get the error "Error submitting order, Bad Input" when attaching the strategy
