Feature Request: Add MBO markers/filters from DOM onto Depth of Market Chart Study

Please consider adding the Market by Order (MBO) markers and size filters from the Bid/Ask column of the DOM onto the Depth of Market Chart Study, or consider a new Chart Study just focusing on MBO markers.
