feature request: update timestamps in output logs

Please include ms timestamps in the output log for both fill time and log line stamp. It currently provides only seconds for the logstamp and minutes on the last fill time. In the journal.csv file we have proper epoch timestamps, but this file is not streaming realtime.

This is a simple change that would greatly help developers monitor risk.

Alternatively, you could write to journal.csv in realtime.

Bookmap Style Feature request:

Guys, can you look into the Bookmap slider feature where one can dial in the intensity of the liquidity? This would be helpful for tweaking the graphical view of the liquidity when viewing one instrument from another without the need of tweaking the core settings of Order Heatmap.
