Free trial issues

Hi

I'm unable to login to MW to access my free trial. The issue appears to be with the data-feed.

I have emailed but have had no reply. I keep getting messages from CQC saying I have exceeded the threshold but I have not even been able to login.

Please advise what else I can do. Perhaps my free trial can be reset with a new broker for my data?

This is a user forum, so I don't think you are going to get any answers from MW support here.

I would send them an email, or try and get a Rithmic trial while you are still on your 14 free days of Motivewave
 
CQG allows normally only one trial, if you have tried CQG on different platform it will not allow you to test it on a new one. That's at least my experience.
