Free Trial License Key Not Working

Hello,

I signed up for the Ultimate Version free trial under my email prakashread@outlook.com

The email I received from MW says that the license key gives me 7 days of access to the Ultimate version. I got this email last night.

This morning, upon entering the license key into the software, I am still on the community version. The upgrade to Ultimate isn't working. It seems the license key is faulty. Please issue me a new license key or "re-activate" my existing one.

I think you better mail sales@motivewave.com with this issue: they will have it sorted out in no time
