Heikin Ashi with tick chart not working

Hi,

It seems like Heikin Ashi with tick chart is not working. What is displayed is regulat candlestick. I want to work with Heikin Ashi, 100 tick on the Nasdaq. I'm already working that way on another platform.

HA candles work with linear bars only. I submitted a request to support other type of bars sometime ago.

Could we get an update on this from Motivewave support? Is this coming? Igor asked about it in 2019. Seems like a pretty simple thing to implement.

I use HA tick charts as my main trading chart. Just began demoing the software yesterday and this was the first thing I noticed. Took 15 minutes to figure out it was a software limitation and not an error on my part. (If it isn't supported, why the heck are HA candles a bar option when on a tick chart?? Talk about confusing.) A bit frustrating as a first impression on the platform.

So many cool features in this software but this is a massive limitation and likely makes it impossible for me to buy/use this product.

Send the request directly to support to be more effective. I'm not sure if they read all the messages in the forum.
